Shipping And Handling

Shipping within the UK is charged at a rate of £2.98 for 'large letters' under 100g (generally single item and small item orders) and £4.75 for small parcels. Shipping to Europe and the Rest of World is charged according to the packed weight of your order (as are UK orders, where shipping weight exceeds 500g).

Delivery Times

Most orders are dispatched within one working day, or on the same day if ordered before midday. Orders placed after midday on Friday will be dispatched on Monday. We send everything by Royal Mail Tracked 24 so delivery is usually 1 or 2 days after dispatch (for UK orders).

All of our clothing items (t-shirts, rugby shirts, fleeces, beanies, polo shirts, sweatshirts, weekender bags) are embroidered to order and we normally allow a 5-10 days to prepare and dispatch them, though it can take longer at busy times. Your order will be dispatched as soon as it's ready and you will receive a notification when it has been shipped (please check your junk mailbox if you are expecting shipping confirmation).

If your order contains some embroidered clothing and some other items, all items will be dispatched together on completion of embroidery. We can split orders and dispatch stock items immediately at an additional cost, please contact us to arrange this.

Paracord bracelets and Panama Hats are also prepared to order and may take longer to be dispatched.

To assist expeditious delivery, the Post Office requires our customers to provide correct addresses and post codes and we cannot be responsible for the consequences if postcodes or any other part of the address is absent or incorrect.

Customers ordering Customised/Bespoke Items or Wholesale/Bulk orders will be notified of the estimated time of despatch, shortly after placing their orders.

If your item is not in stock, we shall inform you, as soon as is practically possibly, of the estimated time of despatch; and, in the unlikely event that your order cannot be fulfilled within 28 days, the option of order cancellation will be offered.
