How long will it take my order to arrive?

Most orders are dispatched within one working day, or on the same day if ordered before 2:30pm. Orders placed after 2:30pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday. We send everything by Royal Mail 1st Class so delivery is usually 1 or 2 days after dispatch.

All of our clothing items (t-shirts, rugby shirts, fleeces, beanies, polo shirts, sweatshirts, weekender bags) are embroidered to order and we normally allow a week to prepare and dispatch them, though it can take longer at busy times. 

Paracord bracelets and Panama Hats are also prepared to order and may take longer to be dispatched.

 

I don't see my Regiment listed on your website, why not?

We're always happy to list new items and more Regiments. We normally do this if we have received sufficient demand or if we have the opportunity to work with the Regiment or it's associated organisations to produce a run of items on a wholesale basis.

 

I placed an order for a clothing item and haven't heard anything, please can I have an update?

All clothing items are embroidered to order and we normally allow about a week to prepare and dispatch them, though occasionally it takes a little longer. Your order will be dispatched as soon as it's ready and you will receive a notification when it has been shipped (please check your junk mailbox if you are expecting shipping confirmation).

 

The Royal Mail tracking code on my order does not work, even though my order has been dispatched, can you help?

For domestic orders, Royal Mail issue us with a barcode which should provide us with delivery confirmation, it is NOT a fully tracked service. 

For international orders, it sometimes takes some time for packages to be processed by customs, you will see an update when your order has been cleared by your country's customs department and is handed to the delivery partner in your country.

 

How do I return/exchange an item?

Please post the item back to us. The address is at the bottom of the invoice. Please include your order details and your exchange/return requirements. As soon as we receive the item we shall process the exchange/return.

 

I have not had a reply to my email, why not?

We do our best to reply to every email as quickly as possible. If you have not heard from us, our reply may have gone to your junk mailbox.

 

Can you produce a bespoke item for me?

A lot of time and expense goes into producing items, therefore it is not viable for us to do one-off items. If you would like to discuss producing an item on a wholesale basis, please contact us with your requirements.
